What You'll Be Doing

• Lead complex capital projects from concept and engineering through construction, commissioning and startup, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Own project budgets, schedules, risk management and phase-gate governance, providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to deliver projects within live chemical production environments.
• Influence capital investment decisions, evaluate project economics and support initiatives spanning operational improvements and low-carbon nitrogen production.

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years' experience within industrial manufacturing or process operations, including at least 10 years managing capital projects .
• An Engineering degree , with experience delivering complex multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects within operating facilities.
• A background in chemical manufacturing, nitrogen production, fertilisers or comparable process industries , with knowledge of relevant engineering standards and safety requirements.
• Strong commercial judgement, project controls expertise and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to manage contractors, budgets and technically complex investments. PE or PMP certification is advantageous.
