Sr. Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process POs for quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate PO creation as per approved requirements.
• Lead the PO creation team, allocate work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts and Vendors.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and ensure timely amendments.
• Track pending POs, approvals and deliveries.
• Maintain PO records and prepare purchase reports.
• Ensure procurement SOPs are followed and minimize errors.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
• Strong knowledge of PO processes and procurement practices.
• Experience in team handling/coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Garment/Apparel/Textile/Trading industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
