Sr. Purchase Executive

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities for mechanical and engineering requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Purchase mechanical components such as:
• Bearings
• Gears
• Shafts
• Fasteners
• Couplings
• Seals and O-rings
• Pneumatic/hydraulic components
• Valves and fittings
• Motors and mechanical spares
• Fabricated and machined components
• Tools and consumables
• Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.

Required Technical Knowledge

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical components and engineering materials.
• Ability to understand 2D mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, casting, forging, and sheet-metal processes.
• Knowledge of materials such as MS, SS, EN-series materials, aluminium, brass, etc.
• Understanding of basic dimensions, tolerances, fits, and surface finish.
• Familiarity with mechanical standards and specifications is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in engineering, automotive, machinery, fabrication, CNC machining, industrial equipment, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
