Job Description – Sr. Executive – Purchase

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services.

* Identify vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms.

* Prepare comparative statements (CS), purchase orders (POs), and work orders.

* Coordinate with project sites for timely material delivery.

* Monitor procurement costs, budgets, and vendor performance.

* Maintain purchase records and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with project, stores, and accounts teams.

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.

Required Skills:

Vendor management, negotiation, knowledge of construction materials, MS Excel, and ERP software.
