Sr Quality & Administration Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Quality & Administration Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead quality assurance and compliance efforts across operations, with a focus on strengthening controls, improving consistency, and reducing organizational risk.

The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to monitor standards, identify process gaps, and drive corrective actions that support efficient, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of quality management, regulatory knowledge, and leadership experience to build scalable frameworks and promote continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,600 – $130,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of quality assurance and compliance strategies
• Monitor adherence to operational standards and regulations
• Oversee risk-based quality assurance reviews and audits
• Identify compliance and process risks and develop corrective action plans
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and risk reduction
• Develop standardized quality frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate across departments to align quality objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• 5 years in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools
