Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will focus on ensuring a seamless and high-quality digital shopping experience across web properties in a fast-moving consumer-facing environment. The analyst will partner closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify issues early, improve usability, and support efficient releases. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset will be essential in this highly collaborative QA function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manually test the company website for functional, usability, and cross-browser issues
• Identify, document, and track bugs in JIRA in collaboration with the team
• Execute testing tasks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Perform testing across multiple devices and browsers for an eCommerce site
• Adapt to frequent changes in Agile testing workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual QA testing experience in eCommerce environments
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in JIRA and other QA/development tools
• Strong understanding of Agile workflows
• Collaborative experience working with developers, designers, and product managers
• Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on enhancing user experience
• Recent hands-on experience with AI tools for testing efficiency
