Sr Quality Engineer I

This position organizes product inspection and process monitoring, ensures qualified product delivery and perfect process implementation, satisfying customer requirements.

Requirements Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of quality-related experience in the automotive or automotive-supply industry.
• Practical experience with customer complaints, structured problem solving, APQP, and PPAP.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with customers.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization.

Skills

• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
• Proficiency in 8D/A3 problem solving, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
• Strong data-analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Excel
• and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Minitab or equivalent tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively with customers and all management levels.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, resilience, learning agility, and results orientation.
• Able to influence without direct authority, build trust, and deliver through cross-functional teamwork.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Skill at minitab, 6 sigma
