Location:- Narhe,Pune Maharashtra.

Job Description:-

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances
• Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering specifications
• Familiar with the use of all inspection hand gauging including but not limited to micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges, etc.
• Familiar with the use of Digital Linear Height Gauge (Trimos Preferred)
• Knowledge of Vision Measuring Machine and or Profile Projector is must
• Coordinate measurement machine experience a plus.
• Follow standardized procedures and instructions for in-process and final inspections across a wide variety of customized parts with very close tolerances and specifications.
• Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first article parts.
• Perform first piece, online and final inspections, as directed, to assure that items meet required standards and conform to manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain all the instruments and gauges in good condition with timely calibration.
• Inspects Raw materials/Castings/Forgings for suitability for machining.
• Maintain required records and prepares all paperwork relating to inspection.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentations and requirements.
• Independently handle customer audits and ISO 9001:2015 audit.
• Good communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
• Customer audit, compliance should be handled according to customer needs and handle Customers in terms of Quality.
• Ensure quick responses to customer issues using tools like 8D reports, Paynter charts, 5 why analysis etc.
• Should have good knowledge in CMM inspection & knowledge in programing for CMM inspection
• Should have prior experience in handling Export Customer.
• Plan & conduct internal / external audits.
• Plan for systemic improvements based on business performance results & customer expectations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
