About the Role

As a Senior R&D Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting front-end feasibility studies, engineering tests and technical evaluations to ensure designs meet project specifications and customer requirements.

You will apply engineering theory, software simulations and prototype testing to develop innovative solutions that improve product functionality, performance, stability, cost efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct front-end feasibility studies with the R&D team to evaluate new product concepts and technologies.
• Perform engineering tests and evaluations to ensure designs meet project specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis using engineering theory, software simulations and prototype evaluations.
• Design innovative electronic solutions to improve product function, performance, stability, cost efficiency and reliability.
• Develop innovative and potentially patentable electronic solutions that add value to products, sales and market growth.
• Ensure compliance with the New Product Development (NPD) process and maintain high standards of design validation and verification.
• Design products for manufacturability in accordance with relevant IPC standards.
• Support the engineering team in identifying and resolving electronic-related issues.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, activities and resource requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in power supply, analog and digital circuit design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and counterparts in China and Taiwan.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Hands-on experience with soldering and standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

作为高级研发电子电气工程师，您将负责前期可行性研究、工程测试及技术评估，确保产品设计符合项目规格及客户要求。

您将运用工程理论、软件仿真及原型测试，开发创新的电子解决方案，以提升产品的功能、性能、稳定性、成本效益及可靠性。

主要职责

• 与研发团队合作进行前期可行性研究，评估新产品概念及技术方案。
• 进行工程测试及评估，确保产品设计符合项目规格及客户要求。
• 运用工程理论、软件仿真及原型测试进行技术分析。
• 设计创新的电子解决方案，以提升产品的功能、性能、稳定性、成本效益及可靠性。
• 开发具有创新性及潜在专利价值的电子解决方案，为产品、销售及市场增长创造价值。
• 确保遵循新产品开发流程（NPD），并维持高标准的设计验证及确认流程。
• 根据相关 IPC 标准进行可制造性设计（Design for Manufacturability）。
• 支持工程团队识别并解决电子相关问题。
• 定期更新项目进度、工作事项及资源需求。

任职要求

必备条件

• 拥有电气与电子工程、电气工程或相关领域的学士学位。
• 具备 2–4 年电源供应、模拟及数字电路设计相关工作经验。
• 具备良好的中文口语和书面沟通能力，能够与中国及台湾地区的相关利益相关者及团队伙伴进行有效沟通与合作。
• 具备良好的问题解决及决策能力。
• 具备良好的分析及故障排除能力。
• 具备**焊接（Soldering）**及使用标准测试设备的实际经验，例如示波器（Oscilloscope）及信号发生器（Signal Generator）。
• 能够适应快速发展的工作环境，同时处理多项工作及期限，并能在压力下有效完成任务。
• 具备良好的工作规划、优先级安排及任务管理能力。
• 具备良好的英语及普通话口语和书面沟通能力，能够与讲普通话的客户及相关利益相关者进行有效沟通。
