Sr. Recruiter

We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including strong involvement in college recruiting, in an onsite role based in Worthington, OH.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding
• Lead college recruiting efforts, including attending and representing the company at college career fairs
• Source and engage candidates using tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress
• Represent the employer brand professionally across all recruiting channels and campus engagements
• Support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with college recruiting, including attending college career fairs
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment
