Sr. Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top performers from diverse sources, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing techniques to ensure successful candidate selection.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring with a focus on lateral hiring or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective recruitment methods such as headhunting or poaching.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry's unique challenges and requirements for skilled professionals.
