Sr. Recruiter -IT /Non IT

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand and analyze Job Descriptions received from clients.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates .
• Negotiate salary, joining date, and notice period with candidates.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Reconnect with previous applicants for relevant current and future opportunities.
• Maintain proper recruitment MIS and daily activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
