Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – IT Staffing to drive end-to-end hiring for IT roles across contract and full-time positions. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closure-driven recruitment in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (C2H)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates
• Drive offer closures and ensure high offer-to-join conversion ratios
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround time
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure process compliance
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team delivery where required

Mandatory Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment
• Strong experience in contract / C2H hiring (Domestic)
• Proven track record of closures and meeting hiring targets
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience working with MSP / VMS models
• Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal)
• Ability to handle client-facing roles
