B Square Global is looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter with proven end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.
