Allied Fusion Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to help lead full-cycle recruitment, strengthen talent acquisition strategies, and support the organization’s hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment strategy and planning
• Talent sourcing and attraction
• Candidate assessment and selection
• Recruitment process management
• Employer branding and candidate experience
• Recruitment metrics and reporting
• Compliance and HR policy adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Knowledge of sourcing, ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, results-driven, and able to handle confidential information
