Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Regulatory Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements and ensure operational readiness across the organization. The position will translate complex guidance into clear execution plans, coordinating stakeholders across departments to support timely and compliant delivery. It is well suited for someone who can balance regulatory interpretation, project leadership, and cross-functional alignment in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,332 – $169,999 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new Medicare Advantage regulatory requirements
• Translate regulatory guidance into actionable operational plans
• Coordinate readiness efforts for compliance initiatives across the organization
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and timelines
• Assess operational impacts of regulatory changes across multiple departments
• Manage project risks and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Oversee technology implementation necessary for compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations or regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives with regulatory requirements
• Strong project management skills and methodologies knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
