Sr Reliability Engineer

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Sr. Reliability Engineer for a top company in Chandler! This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to $63/hr with a growing engineering team focused on product reliability, quality, and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Improve product reliability and help prevent future failures
• Support new product launches and product improvements
• Analyze testing, warranty claims, and field performance data
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams
• Develop and track reliability metrics and reporting
• Coordinate product testing and validation efforts
• Help establish reliability best practices and processes across the organization
• Support compliance with industry standards and certifications
• Mentor team members and contribute to long-term reliability initiatives

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Reliability Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Product Development, or Quality Engineering

Preferred:

• Experience in renewable energy, solar, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar industries
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of corrosion, product durability, or environmental testing
• Experience with statistical analysis tools
