Job Title: Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst - Global Investment Banking

Location: New Delhi / Bengaluru

Work Experience: 0 - 3 years

Required Qualification: Graduate degree in the field of business administration, finance and accounting, statistics, or economics

Preferred Qualification: Master's degree in business administration (MBA Finance/Strategy) / CFA (USA) or equivalent, candidates with experience will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand research objectives based on client type and accordingly follow a work approach, interpret, and analyze information for accuracy, exhaustiveness, and applicability.

• Source relevant and accurate information through secondary research and prepare research reports.

• Handle ad hoc research requests as per client requirements.

• Carry out financial research and create financial restatements, transaction comps, etc.

• Assist the investment banking team in preparation of pitch books, CIMs, teasers and other documents.

  Role Expectation / Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of various industries, research practices and key performance indicators.

• Ability to conduct secondary research for multiple industries.

• Deliver high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision; identify risks/issues and escalate to the project leads in a timely manner.

• Creative outlook and ability to think of multiple approaches to address a problem.

• Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
