• Molecule Development:
  • Develop Pharma and Agro Intermediate molecules.
  • Utilize knowledge of multi-step synthesis and exposure to diketene chemistry.
  • Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for sample preparation, impurity isolation, and characterization.
• Research and Optimization:
  • Conduct literature searches and route scouting for process development.
  • Develop processes at gram scale, scale up, and support plant commercialization.
