Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex BeanShell rules, workflows, and customizations.
• Write and troubleshoot Java-based custom code and integrations.
• Work on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certification, and governance processes.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and lifecycle events.
• Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications and systems.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for complex SailPoint implementations.
• Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development follows quality and security standards.

Mandatory Candidate Criteria

• 10+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience in BeanShell and Java is mandatory.
• Candidate must be capable of writing and explaining code during a live coding interview.
• Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or limited hands-on exposure to BeanShell/Java will not be suitable.
• Candidates with around 5 years of experience are not aligned with this requirement.
• Strong senior-level SailPoint implementation and customization experience is required.

Interview Process

The selection process will include 3 technical interview rounds, including:

• SailPoint technical and implementation discussion
• Advanced technical / architecture discussion
• Live coding round - screen sharing required, focused on Java and BeanShell
