Sr. Sales Engineer (Automation)

• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing opportunities for automation and material handling solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions to meet business and operational needs.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, project discussion, negotiation, order closure, and project handover.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful project execution.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information in CRM (C4C).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new business potential.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and customer presentations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, account receivables, and ensure timely follow-up on project and payment matters.
• Stay updated on automation technologies, warehouse automation, intralogistics, and material handling solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in, Instrument Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the equipment sales or related field.
• Strong network in the industrial area, especially in building maintenance units, car parking, crane, rail, or material handling industry.
• Competent reporting skills using CRM system (SAP)
• Competent basic product knowledge of overhead crane, building maintenance units, car parking and similar products
• Competent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Competent to use Microsoft Office
• Basic English communication skills
