Sr. Sales Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare technical and - commercial proposals for HVAC/MEP projects.

⁠ ⁠Perform estimation of equipment, and labor costs based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.

⁠ ⁠Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.

⁠ ⁠Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.

⁠ ⁠Maintain healthy business relationships with clients and contractors via regular visits and telephonic conversations.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

⁠ ⁠5-8 years of experience in estimation and sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.

⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms.

⁠ ⁠Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office

⁠ ⁠Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

⁠ ⁠Open to travel.

⁠ ⁠Experience Related to HVAC field is preferable.

Preferred Skills:

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of ASHRAE/IS standards.

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,557.43 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
