Job Title: Business Development Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Locations: Mumbai and Delhi

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Manager with strong decision-making, persuasion, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to explain product benefits, outshine competitors, secure sales, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development for Commercial Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration, Food Processing, and Heating in the HORECA industry.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through effective planning.
• Generate B2B leads, convert customers into key accounts, and retain current clients.
• Present products to clients and consultants, understand customer needs, and negotiate technical and commercial offers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from project development to closing and delivery.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Conduct real-time market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in B Com, BMS, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development of Commercial Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration, Food Processing, or Heating in the HORECA industry.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent computer literacy; knowledge of visualization tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
