Sr. Sales Executive

• Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, weight, making charges, and pricing.
• Present and demonstrate suitable gold jewellery products based on customer preferences and budget.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with billing and purchase procedures.
• Handle customer queries regarding exchange, making charges, wastage, and other jewellery-related matters.
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery at the counter.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Follow company policies regarding jewellery handling, security, and customer service.
• Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and management teams when required.
• Maintain knowledge of current gold rates, product collections, offers, and promotions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
