Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the shipping and international logistics industry (Freight Forwarding) to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reach out to exporters and importers through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
• Generate business inquiries for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Project Logistics, and related logistics services.
• Coordinate with the pricing team to secure competitive rates and prepare quotations for customers.
• Convert business opportunities into confirmed shipments and long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales or International Logistics Sales.
• Good knowledge of International Logistics, Project Logistics, and Freight Forwarding services, including FCL, LCL, Air Freight, OOG, ODC, etc.
• Thorough understanding of Incoterms and international trade processes.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and an existing customer network will be an advantage.
• Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
