Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through calls, references, field visits and other sources.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up regularly until order closure.
• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the concerned department.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct customer visits and product/service presentations when required.
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements.
• Collect market information, competitor details and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up for pending payments in coordination with Accounts.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office .
• Willingness to travel for customer/field visits.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

Experience

1–3 years of sales experience. Candidates from any industry with relevant sales experience can apply.
