Senior Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Understand students’ career goals and training requirements.
• Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, training process, placement support, and admission procedures.
• Convert enquiries and interested leads into successful admissions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the training, placement, and admission teams.
• Assist candidates with documentation and the admission process.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Monitor lead status and improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
• Guide and support junior sales executives when required.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and admission updates with management.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all visitors to the enquiry office.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
