Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Sales Executive to promote our premium Forex signal services to international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial markets. This role involves identifying prospective traders, converting leads into paying clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting through cold calling
• Identify and approach potential clients in the international forex trading community via cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Engage with traders on social media, forums, and trading communities without violating platform rules.
• Maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities.

Client Engagement & Conversion

Present Forex signal services effectively, explaining accuracy rates, risk management approach, and value proposition.

Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email campaigns.

Negotiate and close sales, achieving assigned revenue and conversion targets.

Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat subscriptions.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., VIP signal plans, training, or portfolio management services).

Handle client concerns promptly to reduce churn rate.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on global forex market trends, major currency pairs, gold, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

Monitor competitor offerings to position our services effectively.

Provide feedback to the product team to improve service quality.

Compliance & Ethics

Follow all local and international guidelines for marketing financial products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
