Sr Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business growth through B2B IT sales and client acquisition.

Position: Senior Sales Executive – IT Industry
Location: Onsite
Experience: 3+ Years in IT/Software Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels
• Identify potential clients and understand their software/IT requirements
• Promote and sell IT services, software solutions, and digital products
• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT/Software Sales
• Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills
• Experience selling software development, web/mobile applications, digital solutions, or IT services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong closing and relationship-management abilities
• Experience with international clients, especially US/UK markets, will be a plus
• Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or other B2B lead-generation channels is an advantage
