Sr. Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive – B2B & Enterprise Solutions to join our growing sales team.

The role will focus on outbound B2B sales calling, lead generation, prospect qualification and appointment setting with businesses, procurement teams, vendors and enterprise decision-makers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in B2B and Enterprise Sales and gain exposure to SaaS, procurement technology and enterprise business development.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to companies, business owners, procurement teams and decision-makers.

 Introduce Venqon and explain its B2B procurement and tender solutions.

 Identify customer requirements and qualify potential prospects.

 Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.

 Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.

 Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant Venqon solutions.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes.

 Work closely with the sales team to move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.

 Achieve daily and weekly calling, lead-generation and meeting targets.

 Maintain a strong and disciplined follow-up process.

 Learn and develop knowledge of procurement, tenders, RFQs and B2B SaaS solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
