Key Requirements Mandatory Skills

• Core Development: Salesforce.com Development, Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
• Clouds & Features: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce
• Asynchronous & Data: Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, SOQL, Governor Limits, Order of Execution
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs & Salesforce Integrations, Salesforce Administration
• DevOps &Tools
• Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, VS Code/SFDX, Copado, Gearset
• Methodology: Agile/Scrum

Required Experience

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Minimum 3 Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong experience in enterprise Salesforce environments
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce
• Strong integration experience involving APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills MuleSoft

• ServiceMax implementation and configuration experience (Work Orders, Installed Products, Contracts, Preventive Maintenance, Service Agreements)
• ProntoForms integration experience
• Salesforce Certifications (PD I / PD II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce)
