Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Squad Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Core Configuration. The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce development squad and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
• Develop and configure OmniScripts, DataMappers, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Perform Salesforce core configuration, including Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Approval Processes, Sharing, and Security.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Review technical work and ensure development standards are followed.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Expertise in Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong experience with OmniScripts, DataMappers, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce sharing and security configurations.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Apex Triggers
• Apex Batch Classes
• Apex Controllers
• JavaScript
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Custom Salesforce development and integrations.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at the Virtusa Office in Hyderabad.
• Candidates must be available to start their shift at 6:30 AM IST to support Singapore Business Hours.
• Candidates should be available to join the project from November 1, 2026.

Pay: Up to ₹160,000.00 per month
