Sr. Salesforce QA Engineer Description :

​We're looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer (5+ years' experience) who ensures our Salesforce ecosystem is stable, compliant, and production-ready—using Copado AI to accelerate test creation, failure analysis, and regression automation. You will test complex Salesforce features (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Experience Cloud, integrations) across multiple orgs supporting lending, underwriting, servicing, and customer operations. This is a modern QA environment where AI-powered testing and automation elevate both speed and coverage.

What You'll Need

• 5 to 10+ years in STLC/SDLC processes, with strong domain expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience testing APIs and troubleshooting system integration workflows is essential.
• Testing Expertise - The role covers the full spectrum of testing types, including integration, system, smoke, regression, interface, and automated testing. The candidate must be comfortable performing root cause analysis and executing both manual and automated test cases to identify and help resolve defects.
• Automation and CI/CD - Solid knowledge of automated testing practices is required, specifically maintaining and enhancing existing automation assets. Experience with Copado CRT or a comparable Salesforce test automation tool is expected, along with CI/CD familiarity and the ability to support automated testing within release pipelines.
• Documentation and Reporting - The candidate should be skilled at documenting detailed process flows and workflow diagrams for testing and troubleshooting. Regular reporting on QA activities, test execution status, defect tracking, and automation progress is a core responsibility.
• Release and Quality Ownership - This person provides QA signoff for production releases and supports automated regression testing across QA, UAT, and production environments. They are also expected to analyze data and workflows to identify quality improvements.
• Soft Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure are all critical for success in this role.
