Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect

Role Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft, LWC) - from discovery to deployment and CI/CD governance.
• Design and document scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns and Salesforce Einstein AI integrations.
• Own solution design reviews, technical debt mitigation, and performance optimization for large-scale orgs (10M+ records).
• Architect integrations with ERP, Marketing Cloud, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft Anypoint.
• Mentor junior architects and developers; enforce Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, and DevOps hygiene (SFDX, Git, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical blueprints while maintaining compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
