Sr. SAP Integration Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role We are seeking a talented and results-driven SAP Sr. Engineer to join our digital core team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integrations between SAP and key surrounding systems, including MES, iFab (PLM), MPS (Manufacturing Planning System), as well as EDI communications with subcontracting partners and customers. You will act as a technical anchor for integration projects, ensuring seamless, real-time, and reliable data flow across the manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses deep development expertise in both SAP ABAP and common programming languages, with a passion for solving complex interface challenges. Familiarity with the Tibco middleware platform is a strong plus What You Will Do Design & Develop Integrations – Build, test, and deploy scalable interfaces between SAP and surrounding systems including MES, iFab (PLM), and MPS using IDocs, RFCs, web services (SOAP/REST), and OData services. EDI Management – Develop and maintain EDI interfaces (e.g., RosettaNet, ANSI X12, EDIFACT) for seamless electronic data exchange with subcontracting plants and external customers, including order, delivery, inventory, billing transactions Middleware Collaboration – Work closely with middleware provider (e.g., Tibco) to define message flows, handle error logging, and ensure high availability of asynchronous integrations. Performance Tuning – Optimize existing interfaces for performance and reliability, troubleshoot integration failures, and implement monitoring solutions. Technical Documentation – Create and maintain technical specifications, interface mapping documents, and operational runbooks. Cross-functional Support – Partner with functional teams (PP, MM, SD, PLM) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. Operation Support – As a member of IT operation support team to provide 1L support to SAP users What You Will Need Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, with at least 2 years focused on system integration. Strong Development Skills – Proficiency in SAP ABAP (Reports, Dialogs, Function Modules, BAPIs, IDocs, User Exits, Enhancements) and at least one common programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Integration Technologies – Deep experience with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, ALE, SOAP/REST web services, OData, and SAP PI/PO/CPI is a plus). System Knowledge – Working knowledge of integration with MES, PLM (iFab) , Manufacturing Planning Systems, and EDI (X12, EDIFACT, ANSI). Middleware – Familiarity with enterprise middleware platforms (e.g., Tibco) is strongly preferred. Problem-solving – Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex interface issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Language – Good English skill, CET4 or above is preferred Nice to have:
