该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP system & process senior engineer specializing in the Production Planning (PP) module to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between manufacturing operations and technical solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the SAP PP module, from greenfield project implementation and system rollout to daily operational support and continuous improvement. You will work closely with key stakeholders in production, planning, logistics, and finance to ensure that our SAP landscape efficiently supports complex manufacturing processes, driving both operational excellence and strategic growth What You Will Do Project Implementation:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP PP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, testing, go-live, and hyper-care support.
• Analyze business requirements (e.g., production planning strategies, MRP processes, capacity planning, shop floor control, and repetitive/discrete manufacturing) and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and test custom programs, interfaces, EDI, enhancements, and output related to the PP module.
• Manage system integration with other modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, LE) and external systems and subcon plants (e.g., e-commerce platforms, logistics providers).
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for new processes and systems. Operation & Support:
• Provide operational support for the SAP PP/MM/LE module, ensuring high system availability and timely resolution of production issues and user queries.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for system bugs or process gaps.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including transport management, monitoring batch jobs (e.g., IDocs, background jobs), and managing user authorizations in alignment with security policies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing PP processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes and maintain up-to-date system documentation. What You Will Need Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP consultant or engineer, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation project experience. Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in SAP PP module configuration, including but not limited to: master data (customer, material), sales order types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing (condition technique), billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Strong understanding of integration points between PP and other modules, particularly FI/CO (account determination, revenue recognition) and MM (stock transfer, availability check).
• Proficiency in working with IDocs, EDI, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with SAP development tools is a plus: ability to read and debug ABAP code, work with user exits, BADIs, and enhancement spots. Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users.
• Experience with project methodologies and ITIL-based service management practices (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or product development environment.
• Good English skill, CET4 or above Nice to have:
• Certification in SAP PP module
• Background of semiconductor manufacturing
