We are looking for an experienced and dedicated OT Scrub Nurse to join our Multi-Speciality Hospital in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating theatre protocols.

Qualification

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Female candidates mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in OT/Surgical Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during operative procedures by preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment.
• Manage, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring their sterility and availability.
• Provide the surgeon with the required instruments, supplies, and materials during surgical procedures.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other OT staff to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care and provide necessary patient education.
• Provide emergency support during surgical procedures whenever required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and OT safety protocols.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest surgical nursing practices.
