Job Purpose
Manage the Senior Secondary Wing (Grades 11 & 12) to deliver top-tier academic results. This role bridges the gap between regular CBSE board education and intensive NEET / IIT-JEE integrated coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Alignment: Sync weekly micro-schedules to balance CBSE board syllabus with competitive exam preparation.
- Academic Auditing: Check daily lesson plans, monitor classroom teaching, and mentor senior faculty.
- Exam Management: Coordinate weekly assessment cycles, practical exams, and multiple rounds of Pre-Boards.
- Data Analytics: Track student test scores to design remedial classes for struggling students and booster tracks for top rankers.
- Parent Communication: Lead high-impact Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) focused on career mapping and student progress
Requirements
- Education: Post-Graduate (M.Sc / M.A / M.Com) + B.Ed / M.Ed.
- Experience: 5+ years of senior teaching experience, with at least 2 years in an academic leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of CBSE regulations and the NEET/JEE exam ecosystem.
