Sr. Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service operations and achieve CSAT & service delivery targets.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Manage and monitor ASP/service partner teams and their performance.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers, distributors, customers and service partners.
• Manage dealer defectives and ensure timely claim settlement.
• Conduct product and soft-skill training for teams, ASPs and DS partners.
• Monitor CRM/service calls and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct ISO & ASP reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Support expansion of service infrastructure and service coverage.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide quality feedback for service/product improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-13 years of experience in Service Operations within FMCD / Consumer Durable industry – Mandatory.
• Strong experience in team handling and service partner/ASP management.
• Good customer complaint handling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in dealer/distributor/service network management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Technical background will be an added advantage.

Consumer Durables / FMCD industry experience is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
