Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract role in Pune. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, automation, and enterprise platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, and Scripted REST APIs .
• Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA Management.
• Develop and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management .
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, JSON/XML and Web Services .
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, Actions and Subflows .
• Troubleshoot complex scripting, integration, CMDB, security and performance issues.
• Manage deployments using Update Sets, Application Repository, Git and CI/CD .
• Support testing, upgrades, releases and production deployments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve critical production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners and technical teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers when required.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong enterprise implementation and integration experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune .

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
