Position – 1+ Years Long Term Contract

Location – Remote Work (Prefered - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Gurgam )

1. Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Quantity: 2
• Primary Purpose: Translate the approved architecture into scalable ServiceNow functionality and provide technical leadership across the delivery team.
• Required Skills:
• Advanced JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Flow Designer / Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub
• REST and Scripted REST APIs
• Service Catalog, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs
• Event-driven and asynchronous processing
• Integration error handling, debugging, and automated testing
• Code review and reusable development standards
• Number of years in IT
• Number of years in ServiceNow development (Minimum 5 years required)
• Relevant Certifications in ServiceNow
• Preferred Experience:
• HAM/HAM Pro and CMDB
• Asset lifecycle workflows
• Complex catalog and external infrastructure integrations
• Delivery Expectations:
• Establish reusable build, scripting, logging, and error-handling patterns.
• Develop the core lifecycle orchestration and complex platform components.
• Review code and enforce approved architecture and development standards.
• Troubleshoot complex workflow and integration failures.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Coach other developers and prevent unnecessary customization.
• Candidates must demonstrate an out-of-box-first, configuration-first, and integration-first approach to solution delivery.

2. ServiceNow Workflow Developer

• Quantity: 2
• Primary Purpose: Build the catalog, workflow, decision, milestone, and exception-management capabilities that guide DCLR through its lifecycle.
• Required Skills:
• Service Catalog and catalog variable design
• Flow Designer / Workflow Studio
• Task generation, approvals, notifications, and decision logic
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
• GlideRecord and ServiceNow security concepts
• Automated Test Framework preferred
• Number of years in IT
• Number of years in ServiceNow development (Minimum 5 years required)
• Relevant Certifications in ServiceNow
• Preferred Experience:
• Complex intake and fulfillment workflows
• Lifecycle milestone and dependency automation
• Delivery Expectations:
• Build Assessment and Installation Intake experiences.
• Implement DCLR creation and phase/stage transitions.
• Configure milestone, dependency, blocker, and exception logic.
• Build requester assessment decisions and modify/reassessment paths.
• Implement acquisition dependency, installation, and decommission workflows.
• Develop progress calculations based on applicable milestones rather than raw task counts.
• Candidates must demonstrate an out-of-box-first, configuration-first, and integration-first approach to solution delivery.

3. ServiceNow Integration Developer

• Quantity: 2
• Primary Purpose: Design and implement secure, reusable exchanges between ServiceNow, dcTrack, and other approved enterprise systems.
• Required Skills:
• REST APIs and ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• Flow Designer integration actions and Scripted REST APIs
• JSON payloads, authentication, credentials, and connection management
• Asynchronous processing, retry, logging, and error patterns
• Data transformation and external-record correlations
• MID Server concepts and secure enterprise integration design
• Number of years in IT
• Number of years in ServiceNow development (Minimum 5 years required)
• Relevant Certifications in ServiceNow
• Preferred Experience:
• DCIM, infrastructure, asset, network, or procurement integrations
• Sunbird dcTrack experience is highly desirable but not mandatory when enterprise API experience is strong
