Sr. Shopify CRO Developer - (Fulltime)

Senior Shopify Plus Developer (React JS & Conversion Tracking), Remote

Company: Swiss premium brand for modular metal furniture (D2C, Shopify Plus)
Type: Full-time, dedicated, long-term
Location & Timings: Remote (Pakistan) with European Day timings.

We sell premium furniture built to last for decades, and they sell it directly through their own Shopify Plus store. The store is growing. They need a developer who treats the store as their own product. This means proactively finding what to improve and building it, rather than waiting for tickets.

What you’ll do

• Build directly in Shopify Plus: theme customizations, new features, and custom apps when standard solutions fall short
• Regularly audit the store and its setup (Klaviyo flows, traffic sources, tracking) and propose improvements, then build them yourself
• Run CRO experiments end to end: hypothesis, build, test, analyze
• Set up conversion tracking and keep it clean: GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, Klaviyo events
• Keep Klaviyo email flows and funnels running reliably
• Test your own work across browsers, devices, markets and languages, and check that the data is accurate
• Ship polished UI/UX that is ready for review, not work that needs heavy correction

Must-haves

• Extensive Shopify Plus experience (Liquid, JavaScript)
• Shopify app development and Shopify APIs (Admin/Storefront)
• Conversion event tracking for CRO (GA4, Pixel, server-side)
• React.js
• Strong hands-on coding skills. You can write and debug code yourself, and AI is an assistant, not a crutch
• A solid UI/UX sense. You don’t need to be a designer, but your output should look and feel right
• Concrete CRO cases where your work measurably improved conversion
• You are reliable and self-managed: you own your projects, meet deadlines, and nobody needs to chase you

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Klaviyo flows and segmentation
• Experience with AI tools and process automation
• Multi-market or multi-language Shopify stores

• Shortlisted candidates will complete a live hands-on coding task.
• You’ll be asked to walk through a past CRO or tracking project in detail.
