Role Description

The Senior Site Manager will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that safety, quality, and timelines are maintained. The role involves managing on-site personnel, supervising subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in construction management, project planning, and on-site supervision
• Proficiency in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution
• Expertise in health, safety, and compliance regulations within the construction industry
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in managing high-end residential and commercial construction projects is preferred
• Prior experience in international or cross-cultural projects is an advantage
