Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development.

The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on experience in the Mortgage domain, specifically working with loan origination or loan servicing data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large and complex datasets.
• Develop data transformation and integration solutions for mortgage-related data.
• Work with loan origination and/or loan servicing data in production environments.
• Perform complex SQL development, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Design reliable and scalable data pipeline architectures.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain data reporting and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT/Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture.
• Experience with data transformation and integration.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics.
• Strong experience handling large-scale production datasets.
• Recent Mortgage domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience with loan origination or loan servicing data is mandatory.
