Sr Software Development Engineer - AI Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Software Development Engineer - AI Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on designing and delivering AI-enabled software solutions that support innovation across healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will help shape technical direction, build scalable applications, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business value. This position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, engineering quality, and the adoption of Generative AI in a highly regulated industry.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions and systems
• Implement and architect software applications
• Conduct system testing and debugging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to technical direction and innovation of projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering and application development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques
• Expert proficiency in Python and Google Cloud platform
• Experience leading engineering teams and creating technical roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
