Sr. Software Engineer

You'll join a small, highly capable engineering group that builds and evolves embedded software used in real products at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning code from design through production and who wants Rust to be their primary language, not a side project.

What you'll do

• Take part in every stage of development, from early design and requirements through release and ongoing support
• Build Rust software that is well-tested, readable, and easy for the next engineer to extend
• Help define technical requirements and assess whether proposed features are practical to build
• Ship changes through automated build and deployment pipelines so new work lands safely and often
• Partner with end users during validation to confirm features work as intended in real-world conditions
• Diagnose and resolve issues in existing systems, and modernize older components when it makes sense
• Collaborate with product leadership to refine ideas and turn them into working features

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional software development
• Solid, hands-on Rust experience, including code that has run in production and been supported after release
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software architecture
