Sr Software Engineer, Monetization Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Software Engineer, Monetization Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will focus on building and evolving full-stack capabilities that support monetization initiatives within a consumer-facing digital product environment. You will partner closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-impact features from concept through launch. The position offers the opportunity to shape user-facing experiences while contributing to the technical foundation that supports business growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,584 – $320,320 annually

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features for user-facing applications
• Lead the product development process from ideation to release
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end functionality
• Propose new product ideas and features from a user perspective
• Utilize automated testing to ensure high-quality feature development
• Engage in varied, high-impact projects with experienced peers

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-stack or backend development experience in consumer or business-facing products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in backend and frontend tech stacks such as JavaScript, React, and APIs
• Experience writing reliable and maintainable code
• Ability to stay current with emerging technologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
