Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Tester with 6**+ years of experience** in performance testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apache JMeter for load and performance testing, along with hands-on experience in automation using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java). The candidate should be skilled in analyzing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and leveraging monitoring, debugging, and observability tools to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests using JMeter.
• Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report application performance bottlenecks.
• Utilize debugging, profiling, monitoring, and observability tools to diagnose issues across application, network, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Work with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams to resolve performance-related issues.
• Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and performance dashboards.
• Monitor application health and performance metrics during test execution.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated performance and regression testing.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
• Experience in test automation using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java).
• Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Kibana.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools such as Chrome DevTools, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
• Good understanding of web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts including load, stress, spike, volume, and endurance testing.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as response time, throughput, latency, CPU utilization, memory consumption, disk I/O, and network utilization.
• Experience in log analysis, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and optimization recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
