Sr. Software Engineer - Provider (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Provider (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on building and enhancing software that supports provider-facing workflows and onboarding experiences within a modern healthcare environment. You will help shape technical solutions that improve operational efficiency, support cross-functional stakeholders, and strengthen the systems behind care delivery. The position calls for someone who can bridge technical and non-technical teams while contributing to scalable, reliable web applications.

You will also partner closely with product and operational teams to design thoughtful architecture, implement new capabilities, and support systems through launch and beyond.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement new capabilities for provider onboarding
• Build robust custom tools and leverage industry solutions
• Drive product architecture and operational solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions
• Develop scalable systems to enhance healthcare services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Measure success and maintain systems post-launch

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years in healthcare or equivalent systems
• 1+ years on a new project or team
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical teams
• Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications
• Experience in microservice development
• Mentoring experience and establishing design patterns
• Experience managing all phases of the development lifecycle
