Role Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of enterprise data migration programs from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC). Drive solution architecture, migration automation strategy, target-state data integration architecture, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native ETL solutions. Provide technical leadership across architecture, migration execution, validation, and production deployment while collaborating with customer architects, business stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall enterprise migration architecture for PowerCenter to IICS/IDMC transformation programs.

• Design scalable and reusable migration frameworks, patterns, and standards.

• Lead architecture reviews and solution design workshops with customers and stakeholders.

• Define target-state ETL, integration, and cloud architecture.

• Establish migration governance, design principles, and quality standards.

• Evaluate PowerCenter repositories, mappings, workflows, sessions, and dependencies.

• Design migration strategies for complex ETL workflows and unsupported transformations.

• Architect metadata-driven and automated migration solutions.

• Review migration validation, reconciliation, and data quality reports.

• Define security, performance, scalability, and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with SMEs, developers, data engineers, cloud architects, and automation teams.

• Guide implementation teams on architecture best practices and technical decisions.

• Support estimation, solution proposals, technical risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

• Drive production readiness reviews and deployment strategies.

• Participate in customer presentations, architecture governance boards, and technical discussions.
